Default my new impreza...

spent ages, looking at different models, finally decided on this one.... Will become a track car over the next 6 months to a year.

It goes in tomorrow to get a checkup done and to be dyno'd. Just to see where I am starting...

cool.

why the choice of a wagon for a track car? would of thought the extra weight would be a disadvantage?!

(not picking holes, just interested in your choice!)

A couple of reasons, actually. I like the idea of being able to drive to "the track", and not towing the car, a wagon can fit more extra parts than a sedan. I have been told the roll cage is easier in the wagon (how true, will see soon ). Something slightly different....

306.8bhp at the fly. Was dyno'd at AFR Tuning in Gatwick/Crawley area. Well happy with that

how much did the dyno cost want to get mine on the rolling road but dont trust the place near me and gatwick aint to far cheers

Are you local to that area then mate, im around Gatwick/Crawley quite abit and live near Croydon

Tell him JP with the wr1 sent you. Ideally you want to go in when Pat Herborne is there. He is a true master at mapping - he did mine and trust me it's no slow coach for a new age. Mine will be mappped there in the next few weeks after the "op"
