The keys were never in it so we never got to see the mileage although i think one of the guys mentioned ten thousand kilometers. The owner is the owner of a local subaru garage up here ( Scotland )

This is a copy and paste from 22B.com

" I say initial as more than 400 were produced. A total of 426 were finally made. 3 cars are designated 000 and are owned by Colin McRae, Nicky Grist and David Lapworth, there is no number 13 and 24 cars were made for issue outside Japan. Of this 24, 16 came to the UK and were badged 22B Type UK and the other 8 went to the owners of Subaru concessions throughout the world. It is rumoured that a few of this final 8 went to private collectors, such as The Sultan of Brunei. "

And no the car isnt for sale.

LOL, never trust everything you read...

Only McRae and Grist owned the '000/400' prototype cars here in the UK... The 3rd '000' car is actually owned by Subaru Japan... David Lapworth's 22B was actually 400/400 and not a '000/400' as widely rumored... 22B 013/400 does exist and resides in the USA...

If you want to know the 22B's that have been traced, we have a register going here - 22B Bulletin Board: Anyone ever done a 22B register???

Just goes to show dont believe everything you read on the internet.

I have seen Andy F's car as well. I also have a subaru impreza dvd ( by duke ) that i am sure has Andys car on track. Must have been the one of the previous owners as the footage is a few years old.

Ah, it's all good stuff mate...

Owned my 22B for nearly 3 years now and still loving it... Not seen Andy's UK 22B yet, but heard all about it when he mapped mine...

Envy the fact you got to see McRae's 22B, hopefully I will get to see it one day...
