The White Beast...
Haven't had any pics of this up before, not a Subaru, but another Project that is near completion now.
Taken from the Z3M Coupe Forum writeup:
The White Beast started Life out as an Arctic Silver M Coupe.
With subtle mods of induction and an Evolve Remap it was around 320bhp and flying...
This wasn't enough.
I wanted something different.
So into the paintshop it went to be resprayed Alpine White 3.
In the meantime it was time for another trip to Evolve, after a nice little chat with Imran and the guys there, H&R Springs with some Bilstein B8's were purchased and alot more plans were made for when the car was out.
I then wanted something different for the headlights. I always felt they were dated in comparison to others, and the reflector type lenses were rubbish for night time driving. So went away in search of something different once again.
I didn't want the aftermarket headlight units I had seen from abroad as they needed more work to get them how I wanted them. Then after some serious searching cam across some great Bi-Xenon Angel Eye Projector units.
And at a Bargain Price
HB3 HB4 Hid Bi-xenon Projector Halo Light Conversion on eBay, also Bulbs Lenses, Lights Lighting Accessories, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 18-Nov-08 15:02:07 GMT)
They control dipped and high beam via xenon (through one projector unit in each headlight) Just like the OEM units, and have a built in angel eye ring. They mounted straight into the headlight instead of the reflector.
I went for two Projector units in each headlight, and bought 2 kits.
I could have all 4 lighting up for dipped beam and then all 4 lighting for high beam, but wired it up so only 2 come on for dipped and all 4 light up for high beam. :cornut:
For the sidelights I went for some LED's from the same guys at Jam Performance, and arranged them within the sidelight. It keeps the stock look when off and when they are on, they look like the DRL's on the new Porsche. Completely Unique and looking Awesome as required!
Next on the list is another trip to Evolve for a Carbon Airbox, Cams, Race Cats, and a UNIQ Remap :cornut:
Can't wait!!
Anyway talked enough so enjoy the pics below!
The Angel Eyes Bi-xenon's were too bright for night time pics, so made a couple of day time pics of how the lights look:
With Projector Xenon's on
These were such an awesome upgrade, I converted both reflectors to these units in pretty much a few hours!
Here's a quick vid of them:

Carbon Airbox here we come!!
Then it really will Sound as well as look like a Beast!

Know that very well
Awesome Looking Z4M, if they had a carbon roof for the Z3M could have done the same thing as well..
The Z3M's are awesome motor's, if you had one Frayz, and gave it as much attention to detail as your STI it would definitely be one of the best looking cars on the road....
