Cheers Andy and Dave! To be honest i havent even taken the film of the glass on the mirrors yet. I got the car out this morning cause it was dry to give it a wash and then fitted the mirrors after that . Just as i finished taking the pictures the rain came on so its back in the garage.

Phil i used to close my electric ones when putting it in the garage because they were very close when in the normal postion. The new ones are not electric but it fits in with ease. I will get the sizes for you tomorrow.

No problem mate!

The reason i wanted the mirrors is to get the car looking like this.

I have ordered up a bike sized evo style plate. I am still undecided between that and a smaller standard style plate. Its a second car thats garaged for most if not all of the winter. Its been used this summer without a plate fitted (its on top of the dash) and i havent been stopped yet.

I have to reverse mine between houses & through my garage and on to its pad at the back of the house, it takes a bit of getting used to, however without the original wide mirrors its easier to get through now.

Old piccy prior to mirrors but you get the idea of tight.

As for vision from these type of mirrors, of course its restricted, though you can see more than enough and at quite decent angles too for overtaking traffic passing you.
