Educate me...
I've been around Scoobynet a couple of years now but have only really paid attention to threads that may interest me. i.e about cars I own or admire.
There are many models I hear about on SNET such as the Type R, Spec c, Terzo's, Type RA's, RB5 and probably many more!!
I would love people to post pics of their cars, detailing the model and a short write up on why its special.
I'm looking forward to this...
Who would like to go 1st?

2003 WRX STI bought Feb 2003 (Known on here as either an STI-8, 03 STI or Blob-eye)
Great car, re-mapped and other "bits" added over a 2 years
Then got a Spec B Legacy 3.0R. Fully loaded, Sat Nav, Leather, 6 speed,
Again... fantastic car... quick (not as quick as the STI but still rapid) Loads of room (needed for camping and jet skiing holidays!). A bit thirsty even when taking it easy.
Then sold Ski.. so changed car too Porsche Cayman 2.7
Had that for a year... brilliant handling motor... just not quick enough!
Then the patter of tiny feet and I needed a 5 door again.... no contest..back to Subaru and the new 2008 STI (which I quite like..flame suit on!)..
And loving the performance, space, handling

Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type-R
This is a type-r sti 3, wich means it got the usual sti 3 extras such as group-n gearbox, 280bhp, dccd, no abs, very little sound dampening, etc, but it only got two doors. This is a -97, the first year of the type-r. All type-r contains the "classic" shape of the impreza, altough there were a few facelifts over the years

Scooby L , the 08 impreza looks good in that pic and in black mate, i personally think they should of called the hatch something else and continued with the saloon impreza aswell.

A new name may have been better, but then they'd have 2 models of equal size/power pitching for the same market (because they'd never drop the Impreza in model or name)
Thread hyjack over..

2002 Prodrive Style Sti in Blue Black Mica
One of only a hundred in this colour and I believe only 750 in total
Totally standard except for PPP, a Hayward & Scott centre pipe and the original alloys have been refurbished in silver
Just under 35K miles, still in like new condition. Price when new (including PPP) - £29,490. Price I paid - less than £10K

I've the same as TimWRX01.
I to drive the prodrive style MY02 WRX STi.
World wide there was only 1000 of these cars made and of that 1000 as tim said only 100 where black.
My cars has the Prodrive Proformance pack but the centre section and back box have been changed to magnex ones. A remap by AI auto sport has seen the car to 320Bhp with bp ultimate.
I have dropped the Standard wheels in favour of for 18" GRA's in white. But after that she's standard enough.
Before this I owned a Version 6 STi typeRA V-limited WRC special edition.
She was 1 of 2000 identical cars that where made in Jap land. They where light weight with Rays alloys as standard and had the DCCD and a close ratio Gear box.
She was starting to look a bit aged so I changed the wheels again going for the GRa's in 17" this time in white.
