I am new - with a new scooby =O)
Hi all,
Firstly, a great forum, loving it!
Right, on to business.... i picked up my new (and first ever) scooby today, a 2004 WRX with 30k on the clock. Heres a quick pic, ill post more tomorrow

Im really, really angry now, i phoned my local subaru dealer this morning to sort out a 30k service and the told me that the car is an IMPORT!!!!!
Needless to say, the dealer never told me! Originally came from Subaru Malta apparently. Now, is this a problem? Are they different specs? Performance or otherwise?
Any help would really be appreciated!!!

i have also jus bought my first scooby and joined ur very helpfull site. i have a 92 wrx jap import .engine code ej20gdw1he it has a baily dump valve sti inter cooler. piper cross induction kit. 2 days after i got it i was stoped for a noisy back box an given 21 days 2 fix it. so may first mod will b exhaust. but any sugestion on power increasing mods would b appreciated. thanks
