I had Avon ZX8's but found a manfacturing fault on them so had em swapped for the new Falken 912's and I am very impressed.
Great wet weather performance, very good in the dry and not noisy on day to driving (can cause vibrations under hard braking). For mid range tyres they have impressed me, only thing I would say is to buy the one's with harder side walls as they tend to sag a bit under hard cornering.
The seem quite tough and don't wear quickly so should last me till next winter (going to take em off and stick on Bridgestones for the hot weather).
