Hey! ford aint crap! i love fords 
The Focus ST gives mine a very good run for its money, now considering its not got 4 wheel drive or an LSD, its very impresive!

so is there much in these cars in terms of straight line performance? nice bunch btw,
had a play with a focus rs and an st, the rs was a fair bit quicker than the st, so i would imagine if the rs is remapped it would have the st, love the rs!

My car before the WRX (w/PPP) was a 320 bhp Focus ST.
In a straight line it was frankly stupidly fast once it got traction, 0-60 isn't so good but once it got going it was very fast indeed.
Would it spank an average Scooby? No doubt. Turns on the other hand, it was fat and floaty, with a lot of scrabble as you try and pull out of them!
Mine had 385lbs/ft so you can imagine why.

Type R looks great! Did you remove the STi fog light covers or did you buy it like that? Saw & heard a Focus RS yesterday ... looked good & a great noise too!

The RS Focus is about the same as the Clio in a streight line 0-60, and quarter mile times.
Mine is the quickest, closly followed by the ST, which as mentioned above once it has traction is blissfully quick, the torque of it is just imence!
I removed the fog lamp covers just for the winter. them will go back on the summer.
