dont really know? hada nissan 200sx before so i dont know nowt about the cars. i did have a game when i did the new disks and pads? its a 1999 on the logbook, which should have 295mm disks on the front but for some reason it has 277mm instead and as for the front pads the ones we found that were identical were off a 99 onwards forester? and the same with the rear pads, so are the callipers that are on it???? the chap i had it off said it wasnt a import, it was a uk spec but all i can think is that it was made in 1997 but not shipped over till 1999? who knows? oh the insurance aint said its an import? and it has a hpi check on it?

[Sherlock Mode On] Ummm... It has a 'S' reg plate on, which would suggest a '97'/'98' reg car . I thought 99 regs started 'T'/'V' reg?
Unless it's a private plate you have on the car... [Sherlock mode off]

Its 98 spec, there are some s reg phase 2's about but only a few. I always thought the 99 cars were phase 2. As phase 2 cars were introduced in 98.

Nice standard looking motor fella

My Green baby is a '98 model with the same front bumper as yours...as has been said the change over is around your plate age so there will be some that are phase2 and others that are not....

I would suggest changing the front indicators to clear type as one of your first mods

yeah its just a case of putting a blanking plug in the outlet pipe, then removing the standard bov.. nothing to it really, not bolted down just 2 clips and the little pipe on the top?
