Default New Member - Here's my Impreza Sport (before and After)

Hey everyone - i'm new - from Leeds

this is my 1998 Impreza 2.0 Sport
had it about 4 months now - this is what it looked like when i got it....

and after the following :-
WRX STi Rear Spoiler
17" alloys (ha them refurbed at £35 wheel, they look like new)
Front WRX Lip (was white but i sprayed it the same color as car)
Sti Back Box

this is what it looks like now...

Still a work in progress, i still need to spray the side and back skirts silver same as the front lip.

then next year when i've got my 4'th yrs NCB i WILL be gettin the Turbo version!

these are my wheels...
i looked forever to get a set in that style, then i found them on ebay! i paid £90 for the wheels in a shocking state, all scabby and curbed - took them to a Professional wheel refrber who refurbed them @£35 per wheel - i dont take them within 3 feet of a curb LOL

This is what they look like close up - thee were taken the day i got them back from the refurbers...

well with the weather as nice as it was today i deceided to take the opportunity to color code my black trims....

I couldnt take the trims off as i'd like to have becuse the bolts were all on the verge of breaking or rounding off so i deceided to mask the car off and paint the trims in situe! - i'm really happy with the results

.....just 1 problem....i underestimated how much paint i'd need...i managed to get the drivers side all sprayed but then ran out of paint for the passanger side LOL - no problem, i'll nip to halfords tomorrow and pick up the rest of the paint

Here's a During and after pic....
During...

and After...

i'm happy...though i think it might benefit from a drop in ride height, what do you fella's think?

LOL it was a pair of hideous curtains that my mum had laying about so i just claimed them as masking off material.

i was going to newspaper it all but that would have taken ages so i Improvised, adapted and overcame!
