Mostly my own work I'm sorry to say!
I haven't had them painted before, but a couple of ppl have suggested they have been, so previous owner may well have.
What sort of finish do I need to avoid the horrible flakey paint?

not the best pic but here is one of mine,kerb damage fortunately is only in a small section and as im selling the car im not going to bother refurbing
