was there any real point in him going out only to go for a flat cap sunday drive? maybe he should have been in a Rover

He was nothing like that - I never spoke to him but he had tribal tattooes on his arm and was about 30 I'd have thought.

Yep, I was 3 up in the Clio

To be fair he was going quite well, just not quite well enough.

What's the point of getting the CS version (enless it was just a stickered up normal Ferrari) and not using it properly on the track?

Maybe he doesn't know the track? You have to learn somewhere.

I have no problem with him going as slow as he likes, not moving is an issue.
