Think im gonna go for the same kinda tints on the rears, and get the front ones done very light, cheers everyone for the piccys
I have 18's already, and those look like 18's too, what lowering setup have you got there, cos my front end is about 2" too high and needs sorting before i get birds nesting in em! That looks like a perfect ride height.

Cheers matey
On the tint subject one thing I would really do is to get the front sunvisor done... mine is fitted with the dark tint to match the rear windows and is also on the inside.
I'm running H&R Springs they advertise a 50mm drop but in reality it was around 25-30mm which is just right... I don't have a bad word to say about them. You can get them from Motorsport World - Performance Car Parts ask for Gordon.

They should help you
I'm soon to replace the Red for some Gold ones but that's another story.

Just nipped outside with a tourch to have a look at my calipers, the front look easy enough to paint, but the rears look like a real sod, do you have to take them of and paint the whole thing

I painted mine in place front and back
I had a wire brush attached to the drill and just gave them the once over, then I washed them followed by a spray cleaner that you get with the caliper paint kit.
Mix up small amounts of the 2 pack paint in an old ash tray or saucer... a good tip is to dip a small brush in the paint then another in the hardner then use a third brush to mix it and paint the caliper with that way you only mix what you need. Go in an art shop and get a few cheap small brushes then throw them away when you finish, I used the small brushes artists and model makers use
How's that
Want a close up of the rear ?

The paint is quite liquid not like the consitancy of Hammerite and flows on really well.

thanks for all the help and piccys dude, hope one day my classic will look simalar to yours, i love that understated modded look, unlike the overboard maxed out examples you sometimes see
