Default colour coding skirts

when colour coding the skirts what is the best way to go about it??? what should i ruff up the skirts with what primer????

firstly are they already painted or just bare plastic ?

well if there in good condition with no scratches , just use a grey scotchbright and some spirit wipe, then when you paint them you will need a plastic primer which goes on just before the paint ! no sanding needed just paint straight over it !

i hope this helps , the primer i use is ppg but most vehicle paint distributors will stock plastic primer !!
