Default Subaru squad. More than meets the eye!

Scoobs meet up for a group shot.

WRC Vs Japanese police

The lads sense decepticons (or maybe an EVO ) in the area so get thier game faces on.

Childish I know but collecting these is one of my least expensive hobbies. The intercooler is the gun

At least your stickered up cars are toys rather than the real thing. As it's true confession time I'll admit I've got a stickered up car myself. Worse than that it's a fecking bugeye with gold wheels. I wouldn't be seen dead in it.

I'll freely admit that its probably the saddest hobby I've got right now. I buy and sell Transformers on ebay.

There are certain sets to get and I tend to buy bulk lots or collections. Take out what I want and then sell on what I don't want. The black and red toys are actually chinese knock-offs so build quality is very suspect. The WRC and Police car are official toys. All apart from the WRC are made of metal parts and are quite heavy.

These are what I collect the most - I only have 6 left to get.

Sad it may be, but I like them.

Toys R Us re-released a few of the toys some years ago and I sold a mint Optimus for £55 on ebay. Original boxed versions can vary up to a few hundred quid depending on condition.

If you mean the big white and red plane (Jetfire) he can be worth a fair penny if complete and in box and no discolouring of body. Again condition dependent but minters can be a few hundred quid too.

Once my TFC (transformers collection) set above is complete its worth about £1000 - £1200.

Take some pics if you want and PM me. I could have a go a valuing them for you. I would wait until the movie comes out next year as the price of original toys will rocket. Should get a ton just for a loose Optimus then

are loose ones worth anything edd? sure i've got some in a box with action man etc somewhere. no big ones though, might be a plane in there.

as for naming, (without cheating) optimus prime, megatron, shockwave (can't remember if this was a plane or the dude with the cassette birds?) is no.21 hot rod or a dino bot? (prob neither ) that's me lot though!

It really depends on the character as to its value. The ones that were never released in the UK can be of a higher value and very rare ones can fetch very silly money.

Geek mode

Shockwave was the purple dude with the one eye - Left in charge of Cybertron when they all kicked off on Earth.

Your thinking of soundwave #10 who was destroyed by his "good" brother Blaster #21. Soundwave was rebuilt and renamed Soundblaster #18. Blaster was rebuilt into Twincast but he hasn't made it to collection status yet although he is very rare to find.

This happened in the 4th series which was never shown in the west and sadly never translated - Its subtitled though.

Grey body with red intakes is Starscream #9. Megatron #6 2nd in command and always trying the take over as leader of the Decepticons.

Starscream gets blown away at his coronation by Galvatron (the re-incarnated Megatron after his final battle with Optimus Prime #0 and subsequent rebuilding by Unicron)

For yet more trivia, in Transformers: The Movie, there are many quite famous actors performing the voices which wasn't really "Cool" until the CGI days of toy story - Orsen Wells, Leonard Nimoy, Judd Nelson and Eric Idle to name a few.
