New lights arrive from HT Autos. Also decided to try some LEDs in the side lights. MUCH BETTER. They are really bright and make the main beam H4 bulb look very yellow (might have to go HID now to match! LOL LOL).

Car is booked into the body shop but they cant take it for another 2 weeks. I thought it was best to put the bumper and grill back on seeing that I have to wait to get the car into the body shop. I couldnt fit the left side sidelamp as the panel is too badly bent.

This is the crash I had just after Christmas. Nothing major. I have a new bumper and a P1 splitter waiting to be sprayed and fitted.

Sidelamp - LED
Mainbeam - normal H4

Well, got the car back today. Very please with how it turned out. P1 Splitter and all new black headlights and sidelights fitted while it was in getting fixed.

* *Now, do I sticker the fog covers or leave them blank? This blank look is growing on me LOL LOL *

its a deep burble sound, not too loud. I have not been told by the police to change it anyway.

I bought this thing from Roojai. He has sold loads to members on there. Its basically a KnockLink. It was cheaper than a Knock Link so I decided to try it. Started fitting it this morning. Nothing really too difficult. All the instructions are straight forward.

This is the place you fit the Knock Sensor. This is the spare hole to mount it.

This is the New/Second BOSCH Knock Sensor fitted to a spare hole in the engine. It just below the intercooler in the middle.

This is the Control Box for the unit. I mounted it on the back of the dash surround out of site.

These are the markings for the holes to allow the LEDs to pop through.

Ready to fit back on car.

Finished

The red LED on the left shows the unit is powered up and monitoring for knock. I had my sister tap the knock sensor with a screw driver and all the LEDs lit up.

Im off out for a drive now!* :subaru:

Smile lights

Was wondering wear you got the headlights and sidelights from, look a good quality fit, any problems with fitting? and i take it they are electronic adjustment. Sorry about all the questions, looking to upgrade the front of mine.
Car looks stunning!!
Cheers.

lights are a direct fit and they are NOT electronic adjustment.

Thanks for the replies.
