why did you have to add the STi back lights if it's an V2 STi?

Its looking good so far. Reminds me of my old car.
Did you sort out your water spray issue?
Have you got the front bumper spot light covers, as I have a spare set of sonic blue with sti logo covers?
Wheels that I have seen which look good are the new range of ultralites.

Btw the road looks very familiar, think I have been past this many times.
Are you based in Bham.

I drive a classic blue sti wagon, use to have a saloon in the same colour.
Used that road regular to get to work, I have always seen a group of people working on a scoob on your drive.

sti ginger, im thinking (along with loads of other things!!) about putting all the facelift bits onto my 95 jap import wrx. only thing is the pre-facelift models have an angled intercooler whereas the facelift scoobs have a stright one do they not. what angle intercooler do you have mate, and if it was the same as mine how did you get the new scoop to fit over it?

did you have to make any mods... got any pics to show me how id go about it if anything needed to be changed... cheers fella

i just removed the black plate under the bonnet but you can fit a strait intercooler on with a little bit of fiddling i think

When you say removed do you mean you have nothing there now? Or can you fit angle one back onto facelift bonnet?

this was what i was trying to ask in as many words . i wondered as the plate on the inside of the bonnet channels the cold air to both the intercooler and the turbo, so if removed wouldnt neither of them get a decent cool air supply? thats what worries me if i popped on a facelift bonnet with un modified under plate...

so you have the angled intercooler on your sti then mate? does that mean too your turbo is on the left of the intercooler (as in looking in at your engine - drivers side)

if youve had no problems that puts my mind a little more at ease, but id be worried if i give her some throttle would she cool down ok...

did you have any pics to compare engine bays fella?

Thanks, yeah my classic was the same sonic blue (full v6 spec). The wagon has been treated the same. But the paint job on my classic was way better in quality/finish. Shame I fell out with the guy at the bodyshop.

I am usually around your way so might pass by one day if thats ok.
