Guess where I went for a drive today?
First picture taken just off the A5 to bets-y-coed, near the EVO triangle
and on the way back, I called into my local racing circuit, but there was nobody else there
My last chance for a decent run-out before I start back to work again for the madness of xmas at the post office
chris.

What the hell have you done to that Impreza? You didn't happen to own a Corsa before?
Gav, I popped into demon tweeks while I was out, and picked up an anti dive kit, and ordered the uprated roll bar for the back end. At low speed the sti is not as comfortable to drive as my old car, as it has a much greater tendency to "hunt" around on the road, probably due to the wider tyres. But once your up to proper speeds, it becomes very sure footed and very chuckable I had a nice honda ctr in front part of the way over from the triangle to wrexam, and he obviously knew the very wet road much better that I did, but I had no trouble keeping up with him, and if I'd been inclined, could have caught and passed him on a couple of occasions Not a race though
Next time I'm out, I'll give carla a buzz for a test drive
See you soon m8,
chris.

The triangle is the A5 from cerrigydrudion to the A543 just before pentiefoelas as the base, then the A543 to the junction of the B4301, then back down the B4301 to cerrigydrudion.
The A5 bit is frankly boring , but the other bits are awesome roads. Also, if you have time, drive the single track road off the A543 to LLYN ALED and ALED ISAF reservours, another fantastic bit of road

Have fun, and check out north wales camera alert pages before you go
