Default Merc Mclaren SLR

Had the chance to sit in and start up and rev the SLR today at a local Merc garage Ride and drive day, What a Mint car!!! and WHAT A NOISE!!!! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Knowing the spec, it's hard not to get a little excited about it. But (doors aside) it just looks too much like any ordinary (i.e. shyte) merc.

I'm sure it was good fun to see it in person tho, and had i have been there i also would have been over to have a good nose.

Sorry but the interior look like someone has gone mad with a can of Folia-tec red paint, For a car that cost that much I'd want something more like the Zonda for my money.

Nice one. I got a go in a McLaren F1 in 1996 and although I didn't drive it it was still special.

damn right, i'd have a DTM CLK too. Not keen on the SLR!
