Pics of new wheels, Eibach's and front grill
I've finally managed to get hold of a decent digital camera (rather than my crap camera phone).
The pics show:
a) my new 18" Rota GRA's
b) how much lower the car is with Eibach springs fitted
c) my new front grill that I finally managed to fit today (after much stress and toil)
...oh and my before and after ecutek graph

Looks great Rich!
The Eibach's were definately a good move. It really does look mean now with those wheels and the reduced ride height. I like that new grill too. How did you overcome that problem with the fixings?

Thanks all (would you believe that before I took these pics I'd just finished shamoising all the windows and it literally pi55ed down as I tried to take the first pic 
).
Definately need to do the side skirts (and maybe a splitter)
Ben - I went to B&Q and bought a pack of nuts and bolts, plus some washers. I also had to buy a 32 piece screwdriver set to do up the nuts (I only needed 1 piece but they didn't sell them individually!!!)

Looking good Thats the same front grill I have for sale on ebay too
Im a big fan of the WR blue and dark alloys, one day i`ll do mine as well.
A set of WRC lights would compliment the wheels perfectly IMO, but if you prefer standard lights then keep them, but detango them

Detango'ing the lights is on my list, it's just a case of finding the best way to do it and then getting round to it. Won't be too long though, I'm sure

detangoing is easy to do - give me a shout if you need a hand. I put in phillips silvertek bulbs this weekend to complete mine, though the JDM lenses are already done apart from the bulbs!

I've been told by a couple of reputable people that I can heat up the units in the oven and break the silicone seals. Then fit the silvertek bulbs and reheat the units before sealing them back together.
Sounds like the sort of thing I'd completely f*ck up though, to be honest!

I painted the calipers myself and took plenty of time and patience over it, especially the white lettering, took about 90 minutes per caliper (+ drying time of 1 hours between each of the 3 coats of paint).
Kev - didn't you tell me that, although maybe describing you as "reputable" is pushing it a bit
(oh and David at API).

1/ Heat up the lights in the oven for about 5 minutes.

2/ Take off the few little screws [preferably before heating, but sometimes they are tight and there is a risk of rounding off ] on the back and prize apart the two halves of the lamp.
3/ Pull out the orange bulb cover.
4/ IF the mastic is still soft press the two halves back together. If not warm up again till the mastic is runny and then re-join.
Fit the little screws and refit to car.
The only tricky bit is to make sure the mastic seals again properly or you'll get condensation in the lamp.
I guess you could call it " B$^*£@?t " but I prefer to call it skill
