Tas mate brought a V6 Carbon spoiler mate and took it back wasn't that impressed with the quality or fit. I sourced a P1 spoiler and tailgate, and i am in the process of filling the logo and groove on the side. once finished i'll post pics, you'll get a good idea as mine's a grey V5 too

Looks good, can you get the C/F Bootlid without a Spoiler/Holes to fit a Spoiler??
Off topic, but does anyone know if you can get hold of a standard sport bonnet in C/F (without vents/scoop)??

Proper P1 rear spoiler's are like rocking horse's **** and don't come for sale that often and your going to **** one one by "filling in " the P1 logo

Sorry about this Tas by hijacking your thread.
If P1 spoilers don't come available often then why has there been 4 whole and 2 top halfs on eBay in the last month?
And the spoiler and 'boot lid' i brought were from a breakers, by the condition i'd say they came off a car that had been rolled. If you want a rant have one at the person who wrote a P1 off!.
And by 'fooking one', well if you want to preserve them all i suggest as they become available you buy them all to stop it happening.
And if i wanted to buy a spoiler and cut it in half, then thats up to me.

TBH this thread was about carbon fibre spoilers and tailgates (as mentioned in the thread title)
Just because there may be a perceived difference between a tailgate and boot in the subaru community and I guess it was a simple mistake to make,it does not mean we should all start posting angry replies.
The thread starter knew what he was asking, the first thread repliers all got the same idea and it was all about asking for some help and advice.

swen6 , looked on e-bay only thing come's up for p1's is a rear bumper spoiler's ? and one complete p1 front bumper at £320.00 , so you've bought a one from a write off ,well done 
! got any link's to the 4 whole one's and 2 top half's to see if they are also from write off's or stolen Yes do what you want with the spoiler's ,cut and fill them just seem's waste of a very special spoiler when he only want's a V6 one
anybody know if there's been 6 written off P1's
