MY05 STi UK - Crystal Grey - Now Modded
Hello Everyone,
I thought that I would share a few pictures of my modded STi v9 with you. I started out with the notion of keeping her standard but it didn't last long as you can tell.
This is what has been done so far.
The Car
05' Subaru Impreza WRX STi Version 9 - Crystal Grey
EcuTek Tek3 Remap - Power figures are 300bhp and 290ft/lbs giving 0-62mph in 4.6seconds.
Current Modifications
Prodrive PFF-7 Alloys in Anthracite with Pirelli P Zero Nero 225/40/18 Tyres,
Prodrive Fast Road Springs,
Prodrive Front Mesh Grill Set,
Magnex 5" Cat-back 2.5" Exhaust System,
K&N Typhoon Cold Air Induction System,
EcuTek Full Custom Rolling Road Remap - Tek3,
Scot Lowe STi Mud Flaps,
DeTango'd Headlights with Ultra Bright Bulbs,
Pioneer AVH-P6500DVD Touch Screen Monitor Head Unit,
Ipod Adapter Control Unit linked to the Head unit - plays over 6500 songs.
So what do you think then? I love her to bits.
Dave

I would highly recommend it. I am able to control all of the ipod functions from my touch screen headunit. The only thing to note is that you can't just put the Ipod on shuffle. You need to create playlists first and then select random. Other than that it is superb. I currently have over 6500 songs in the car and never listen to the same ones on any journey. Well worth the £69 for the unit and fitting charges.
Very nice mate.
Now I know how mine would look with the anthracite PFF7s
Do you have a crystal grey STi as well? They are as rare as rocking horse sh*t up here. I have the only one in Aberdeen in the new colour so far.

Thanks very much guys. I am thinking of putting the carbon fibre front lip spoiler on the car to finish it off on the outside. Apart from maybe some carbon fibre mirrors, and the STI v10 rear lights. They are slightly darker than the v9 lights and I think they would look superb on my v9. I am assuming that they will be a direct replacement item - oh I hope!!!!
