Don't like it now, looked much better in standard form I'm afraid.
Get that CF boot lid back on, get a nice CF spoiler and get the BBS wheels powder coated anthracite. Then detango the lights and stick a nice STi splitter on and that should make it look a lot better.

Like someone here "graciously" said, everybody has their own visual image of how they want their to be like. Personally, I did not like the large spoiler in the rear. The stock BBS's were nice, but a pain in the butt to clean...and everybody had them. I wanted to do something different, and I grew out of the carbon fiber stage, so I sold the trunk. My next set of rims will be the BBS RE's, or Advan RCII's.
On another note, the law enforcement in my area, actually the whole of Southern California will pull anyone over with a large spoiler, a fmic, or a aftermarket exhaust. The need for stealth enables me to drive my car freely without the fear of harrassment.

Very subtle, just need to de-tango the front lights to get rid of those horrid orange wedges now

Last pic definetely the best, part of the Impreza's original beauty was its subtlety. Something in which some people here just don't understand...even Subaru have lost the plot with more deformed bits sprouting out than a child of Chernobyl

superb, everything a modified impreza should be - subtle and effective. The move to the lower WRX wing is great, only bettered by being completely wingless.
Do you have any photos showing the current wheels in a better light? its difficult to tell with th ephoto you've posted.
Keep up the great work - good to see that modifying can still split opinions....

Have you thought about putting a smaller bonnet scoop on it? Might affect the intercooler but would make it even more stealthy. The STI spoiler provides downforce at the rear? Does it feel more twitchy at the back now on high speed runs?

When I had a 2004 WRX that was wingless prior to the STI. I did a quick high speed run when I was heading towards Las Vegas. According to the speedometer, I was going 140 mph. At that speed, the rear end felt very planted. To answer your questions, I really don't feel a difference between the STI spoiler and the WRX spoiler, or when going wingless.
I do plan on putting on a smaller hood scoop, or eliminating it all together when I install a fmic on the car.
