Maybe a little too early to tell but how does it comapre with the last motor.......if I can remember you had classic dbm @ scoobyclinic RR day couple of months ago.

Yeah, I remember meeting you...from grantham......my old one was sold to a good mate....posts on here as 'shardlow'
So far, although I haven't really had a good spirited run....The Sti seems to pick up a little more, no real big bang but pulls very hard. The gearbox is a totally different feel too. Such small distances between changes.
Still getting used to the handling but through one particular fast corner it's every bit as good as the old one...with probably some more left to go.
So far I'm loving it. It's a damn sight quiter than the old one too haha
Will get to know more when some more miles are under my belt....only on the first fill up!

Had a run last night and the acceleration at 100+ is way stronger than the UK one. All in K's of course...don't want no tutting from yer...
The wife thought it was faster from the passenger side too.
I'd recommend one anyday....getting to like it more each day..
It's actually making me drive slower as it feels more refined etc etc
