I'm still waiting to see what you was going to do with that 6" x 1" strip of sticky back look a like carbon material 
I'll tell you what to polish Si.... I did it on my Sport and and I want to do it on this one when I get around to it
the rear diff housing

Here we go..
They are from ages ago on a cheapy camera but you get the idea
it is suprising how much this shows up when polished.

wot did ya use to clean them up so well???? have a polisher at work that i could use but is too big to get into most of the places i would want too.... steve

pick a certain part on the car then clean, paint, cutomise in some way or whatever... nothing mechanical more show, something anyone can get to without being a mechanic, then sit back and see what everyone comes up with
