On the that flappin doorstep too : Infact, I was parked up 1 mile up the road on the Crown 12 hours beforehand

The MAC are proposing at least one day later in the year (to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Shelsley) when members can take their cars up the hill - cars that they don't normally compete in, without a competition licence or any of the normal requirements!! I've already expressed an interest

Not sure about taking passengers then tho'
