Indeed, there was only a friendly rivalry today at the end in the timed race where we had to put what we had learnt into practice.

After you had all left I stayed and spoke to Terry and he commented on how it was a very nice group who attended today, all were laughing and joking , and all listened to instuction which meant they got more out of the day.

As for the times Iain I am just going to get the bit of paper
