Pics from Mewla National Rally, Epynt 2004
Hi All,
Some pics from Sundays Mewla Rally on Epynt ranges.
Had a great day as per usual for Epynt, got a bit wet a lunch time though.

Fantastic pics.
Should I feel bad for liking the lilac Clito?
Love MK2 Escorts.
Can someone tell the muppet with the first bugeye (No.1) that the stars are the wrong way round on his graphics
6R4..... MMMMmmmmmMMmmMmmm Drooooool.
And that Hyundai aint the ugliest rally car I've ever seen, either.
Did I mention that the MK2 Escort is rather nice?

Thanks,
More on my website HERE
I know what you mean about the clio, just something about it, quite agressive for a small car, and lilac is my favourite colour I'll get my coat

Excellent pics; just something about the 6R4.
I’ve been going up to The Tour of Mull for the last ten or twelve years, nothing like the sound of John Price’s 6R4 screaming it down Glen Aros in top gear!

Thanks Kiwi.
I use a Canon 10D which has a function called AI servo. This allows you to focus on the car before the jump and will contine to refocus until you take the pic.
Before the 10D I had a Fuji S602 (and still do) and used to pre focus on the spot where the jump would be (keeping the button half way down), and then shoot when the car jumped. Not so easy this way but much better than just shooting and hoping for the best.
All my pics on my wesbite from the WRC Cyprus Rally HERE were taken using pre focus on the stage before the car arrived.
