Well, after a year of tax-free ownership the M3 is off back to the UK for sale and unfortunately, there's no profit in it
...Oh well, one more pic for the road..........
It's a sad day....

Not according to every magazine and road test ever done on these two cars.

Let me assure you, I've driven both many times and although the Evo sticks to the road and goes like hell, the M3 is in a different class to it. There's more to a car than out and out performance.

I'd also rather the M3, but I have to agree with Conrad Bradley, in that EVERY test ever done comparing these two have seen the Evo come out on top.
I don't just mean in performance terms either.....The Evo beats the M3 in most areas in tests in Evo magazine etc. (Perhaps they are biased since they share the same name! )

the evo is marginally quicker on the road than an M3.. been in an M3 (with the 19"s ) whilst chasing (rymes with something?) a friend of the m3 owners evo.. they were both driven at 110% and evo just had the edge.. naff all in it..
personally I would buy the evo as a raw car.. bm is sensible option.. but I have a soft spot for the m3's
