Default Finally cleaned that green cr@p off the engine

Nothing else attracts road grime like the wax they apply to keep everything protected during shipping. Finally got round to remonving most of it. Whaddya reckon

Looks the biz. Is that stuff on there just for shipping protection or are we supposed to leave it? When I bought my STi PPP recently I lifted the bonnet and thought someone had left the oil filler cap off and then gone for a 100 mile high speed blast! It makes the engine look like its done 250000 miles, the way it attracts all the crap of the day.

I remember a guy doing the exact same thing a few years ago and posting on here of how the engine block was now starting to rust!!!

Yes mate its my STi and Spec R has done the work on it. I take her along to the shows for him. Will be at Pod tomorrow but not on any stands i dont think.

I had some bits and pieces from Spec R a few years back and I was very imprested with it.

Bit disappointed that Spec R didn't show at the NBO

We were gonna come along but its a long way from Melsham.......a very long way infact.

Done a fair few shows so far though, and more to come
