Question Pic Request: MY03 with Scoobysport or Prodrive WRC sport Oval backbox

Thinking of getting a backbox for MY03. But keen not to invalidate warranty.

Is it true that the Scoobysport unit keeps the warranty safe. Any other suggestions other than the two boxes mentioned above ??.

Many Thanks
Newdoo

A PPP backbox if you can find one. It's exactly the same as the WR oval one except not available unless someone is taking it off after PPP to fit something else. I've got one on mine. Both made by Scorpion.

I havent got PPP just the WR Sport exhaust. I beleive that internally they are the same, with just a different tailpipe.

Speak to your dealer. I spoke to mine and he said that as long as you only change the backbox (third part one) then the warrenty will be ok (new backbox will not be covered). I opted for the afterburner vortex and its awesome!

Any none stadard parts can potentially invalidate warranty....

You have been warned...

I guess it depends on dealer !
