Here are some pictures of Mr & Mrs Squizz's new toy. We're planning to use this as our track-day car to prevent wear and tear to our Impreza or Legacy.
This fine example of Nissan know-how was a snip at around £1400!
Mods already fitted when purchased:
PI Lowering springs
17" Wheelmania Jade alloys (BLING! )
Bailey EVO dump valve (PTSSSHHHHH!!! )
HKS Super Flow induction
HKS Hiper Muffler exhaust
Sparco pedals & gear ****
Needs a couple of bulbs and some tidying on the front splitter, but otherwise it's Peachy...
I even managed to get the **** out on a wet roundabout on the test drive!
Squizz.

That is a hell of a lot of kit for not a lot of money. The wheels alone must be worth a few bob.

Don't start, RON...
Virtually everyone who's seen it has got the same opinion - It's too good to ruin by stripping out and using as a track-car.
In my defence - We've already got great cars in the form of the Legacy turbo and Impreza turbo. So keeping this new one as a minter isn't much of an option unless we got shot of a Subaru.
The 200sx is great, coz Karen can drive it with ease, unlike a previous track-day car which was a TR7V8. It came with some good mods to start us off with which is a bonus, especially the wheels which will allow a decent brake set-up to be fitted. Not only that, but the colour is great too!
BUT!
Even Karen's wondering about us stripping it out now!

Okay, Andy - Probably best at the weekend.
Afraid it's not going to be driven anywhere though, as it's going to be SORN'd for a couple of months. But at least then I can work on it for various bits'n'bobs.
I was lucky to find this car, I was afraid I'd have to haul my *** across the country to find a good one at the right price.

Things are looking up for this wee beasty.
A full rollcage has just come on the market at a reasonable(ish) cost, and the missus has found a fantastic road/track insurance deal which is mighty cheap. It's limited mileage, but all the mods are covered. Any more engine mods will mean a re-evaluation, but safety mods inc. rollcage and brakes are free!

All we have to do, Andy, is keep Fizz away from it otherwise he'll break it!
Hopefully this year, you'll be on track too, watching its tail twitching as it accelerates away from you into the distance.

Doubt i will. I'll be watching from the sidelines. Can't afford to put petrol in atm, and i still require all round discs + pads, and service. Not to mention tracker renewal at £179 and MOT in Jan...

Oi Oi Tony... You'd best ask the Registered Keeper, a certain brunette beauty that resides a la chez nous.
Was going to drive it to the Robin Hood meet last night, but had to work late so missed out.

Andy,
Mate, get shot of the scoob, pay off some of your debts and look for another cheap minter like this one.
You can still be in our gang, honest!

Andy -
Richard - check out Competition Car Insurance.
Our policy is limited mileage to 2000 miles, two named drivers, all mods declared, cover on road (TPF&T) and track, for £330(ish).

Squizz,
You could persuade Karen to let me have a go she could sit on my lap, just to make sure I don't get up to anything naughty whilst driving LOL
I've used Eggar lawson 4 or 5 times now

"You dirty old man..."
My mistake...The policy is currently only 3rd party, which might have to be reviewed!

Well, Tony - We're only insured 3rd party, so I'm going to have to augment the alarm/immobiliser with some more mundane physical ant-theft devices!
Drove it to work today... Tippy-toe stylee in the wet!
We'll have to bring it to a meet soon.
