You'll need to set up an account here

Fotopic

Then put your pics in a gallery, view the full size image in its own window so it reads similar to this - http://www.johnfelstead.co.uk/rally/wrc/cyprus_2003/images/DCP06102.JPG

Then open a topic in gallery and type any text you want before or after your pic, and place your pic as this

[img ]http://www.johnfelstead.co.uk/rally/wrc/cyprus_2003/images/DCP06102.JPG[ /img ]

*** note-remove the spaces in the [ ] ***

If in doubt, click edit tab on anyone elses photo post (or this one) and read how they did it.



Easy as that !
