Curious, does everyone else in the world get large foglights on the WRX, as opposed to the USDM's really tiny crap-for-lights? If so, another reason to head across the pond, hehehe.

Yup, the "L" is compulsory here in Lux, although I think as they are about to allow the new "Euro" style plates (the one with the blue flag on the left incorporating the country code) as used almost everywhere else in Europe, the need for the old style may only be complusory with older plates. When the new ones are out, this July, I intend to find out if I can swap to one and then get rid of the white sticker.
Well, since getting the car on Friday, which had 63km on the clock, I'm now on 493km, so I hope that my trip to the UK and back will knock the rest off and I can get it serviced the week after Easter. At least the 4000 rpm limit means I can still do a reasonable speed down the motorways across Europe
Re: Fog Lights - I believe I read elsewhere on this forum that the US will get the same style in 2004 as the MY04, so I assume you'll get the same lights as well.

I see what you mean. Looks to me more like they're long range driving lights rather that fog lights. Perhaps it's a regulatory thing in the US?
I suppose you could always import a set from Europe?

Got it today, or rather now yesterday (Friday), and I love it to bits...
Not sure I'm suffering from the continuous grin as the running in period is putting a slight damper on the experience, but my trip back to Blighty will knock a few K's off that
