Question

My ongoing problem. Confusion over the spoiler. Should I go big or or keep the standard?.
Still at least as I have the clear indicators.

Dave

i do want to go big, only thing is that everyone has a big spoiler. But it certainly looks better so could be the way to go.

If you dont want to go all the way for an STi 5, how about an STi 4 mid level, like the later models have? Kind of inbetween.

may well go for the sti 4, i do like that one. Something i will dwell on for a while.
I havent wasted that r5 turbo yet. Its seriously tuned though i think. Sounds it anyway. Worth a go though I am sure my WRX would manage it. Mine certainly sounds better with that big hks pipe on the back anyway.

Yep go for a bigger spoiler. It doesnt have to be the normal sti 5 or 6, could go for something different

Why waste money on buying a bigger spoiler, just change the swivel hinge from the bottom to the top, then the lid on the back of your van can act as a Gran Turismo Style Spoiler......

Oh, sorry.......... you meant the Subaru !

Remove spoiler altogether
Fit front mount
Fit sport bonnet
Fit 1.8 GL badges

Have a laugh at people who want to try it on, oh and its probably less likely to get nicked!

Tavia - that's *my* plan!

...well, the next one's going to be an STi8 (probably in alot of years yet though ) and it'll help get rid of the large bonnet scoop

I'd get the mid spoiler - not to 'drug dealer' in look like the bigger ones.

PS I have one of the EVO ones and its poor trying to see behind.

Keep it as it is, and make it look like Jen's car

If I was to get another Impreza, that's how I would want it to look

Original!

...cheaper insurance and you can spend the money you would have spent on it on some performance mods lol!

...seriously, we've kept ours as now the car is perfect - you don't get as much hassle from behind and people move out your way because you look scary from the front I like it as I think it makes it look visually closer to the ground...and I wanted my downpipe
