Great fun!!!!
Sold my series 3 SWB soft top just before Xmas, had 7.50 tyres, range rover diffs, snorkel blah blah blah....
Wish I still had it, great for shopping, never got worried about trolly dents or anyone nicking it!!
Theres some great off-roading in Essex and Kent, enjoy!!
PS my WRX 4x4 not quite the same

Nice Landy, I'm building a special at the moment, '76 range rover, shortened to 88" with series 3 rear tub, 90 front end. Not far to go now, electric’s and brake lines plus all the other little things which will probably mean it will be still sitting there in 6 months time! Well one day it will be on the road!!

I had some good fun in my Army days in V8 light weights ,I even sent one to the great scrap yard in the sky with the help of a rather large ditch.
I see it doesnt handle like a scoob....youve slid off the road into a lake i see

It floats like a Brick R
And Rover's trusty V8 kept its reputation with water too. when it decided to splutter to a halt right in the middle.
Its been a PITA recently, with the knackered rad, alternator, ignition amp, dizzy, starter motor. And nearly tearing the front bumper off in a slight towing mis-hap.
Took the fustration out on it with a sledge hammer
