Quality Video mate !!
I must admit, I would love to have one of these on mine, but there is NO WAY I am adding one and butchering my £800 exhaust system !!
Then theres the added fuel cost !!

You don't really need any mods.. apart from the fact that you must be fully De-cated. If you also add a VTA Dump Valve, then you will also get bigger flames...
I am using a Forge R.C. DV... AS for the fueling... I have not noticed any difference in fuel at all.. Remember, when you are booting it, each time you lift off to change gear you get unburn fuel coming out of your exhaust.. So all I am doing is lighting that unburn fuel.. So there is no difference on fuel consumption as far as I can see.
As for your £800 exhaust system mate... I had a hole drilled into my brand new HKS Hiper system But the hole is small.. and considering that there is a big massive hole at the end of the exhaust anyway ... what differents does another little small hole make

Yeah like PHolt said ... I had a few problems getting the damn thing to work. As the car isn't over fuelling, it wouldn't give any flames... but after a little bit of tweeking here and there with the S.Plug .. it's now working great...
Was close to taking the thing off and sticking it the the bin thou...
Glad I didn't now

Andy, how are you mate.. glad to see its still going :;
No mate.. I found that by making the gap bigger it worked for me.. It wouldn't do anything when the gap was small...
Now I have a wicked humming coming from the rear of the car
Also I don't have a VTA Dump Valve.. if I did then the flames would be much much bigger..
Andy.. believe me I did not think it was working as I could never see the flames myself (via the mirrors) but I got someone to follow me and ... hey its working....
Also when I first got it I was trying to, boot it until 6000 rpm's and then lift off the gas and see if see flames... NOTHING HAPPENED.. gutted ,.. kept trying and trying and nothing... So that way doesn't work on my car as I am not over fuelling... it also doesn't work if I try to blip the trottle.. I can make her pop and bang .. but no flame that way either... The way I do it... is just drive her and when I change gears . give a little bit of gas first then change . .. and hey ... flame ...

I got someone to follow me
Only problem is, when you follow him and you see him doing it, you seriously consider spending the money yourself on getting one!

whats involved in the conversion. If I did it (dependant on price) it would be on a standard STI6 TypeR. Is this sufficient or do I need to tweak the engine etc...
Also how much is it complete.
