Cool

Thought I'd show a history of my Scooby ownership since April 2001

My first after 3 days of ownership

2 weeks later - 1st set of wheels

1 year later my99 std

Week later - wheels transfered

Ooops - several months later and an argument with a log

Only yesterday - New Prodrive wheels

New style Lexus Lights - Rear Box next - Afterburner, me thinks

Had to have the entire geometry checked and then the car was taken for 4 wheel laser alignment. No serious dameage though, apart from a shredded under tray This happened during a storm, when a large log was deposited in the road, right in front of me. At the time running to a standstill sounded like most of the suspension, drive shafts, sump and everything else was dragging under the car. I hardly dare get out and look.

Decided not to claim - Premium hikes etc. All told, the repairs, inc a complete set of wheels cost £790

If memory serves me right there are two little screwdriver slots at the top of the orange vents. Using a cloth and small screwdriver you should be able to encourage them to come out. A fiend did mine on my RB5 which is why I cant be too sure and the P1 came already blacked out so I have not had a chance to play - not that I would really want to, but they do look better black

Just use a flat baded screwdriver at the top of the wedges there are 2 notches then they just come out.

A quick rub down with wet and dry, a couple of coats fo back paint, and then I put a couple of coats of laquer over mine. Alow to fully dry and then put back in, look much better IMO

easiest way to get them out is take out the indicator
then put ur hand inside then push out
saves wedging a screwdriver down the sides

Have you missed going from a wagon to the saloon - from a purely practical point of view

If you get some long nose pliers you can pull these out easily without damaging them.

In credit, I think the lexus lights look better on light coloured/silver cars than on DBM for example ...

Nice clean sensible looking car in the main though
