If its the diesel, why has it got GTI on the the front grill. should have TDI? You can't even get away with it as they sound like Farmer Giles's Tractor at the traffic lights.
Nice wheels though.

Definitely a diesel, you can tell looking at the revcounter cos it only reads up to 6k or so, petrol ones are usually 8k or more.

STI7......not seen the evo6 with that plate, was exactly the one i wanted when R plates came out but never got it!
mite sound Famer Gile's tractor but i can do most cars at the lights and still get about 45 mpg.......last laugh is always with me.
watch out for my new number plate logo - 'you been done by a diesel!'

hey asif...nice car mate....lets take over scooby net and call it GolffINet!!...i too own a bluey looking silver golf GT TDi 150....and you are right...they sound ****e at stand still but once the induction kick noise kicks in..the exhoust note....and 262lbs of torque....it rocks...ok slow as a snail having sex doing its 0-60...but once the elastic is fully wound....there is no stopping it......yeeeha..!!

Drove a GTi PD150 a couple of weeks back. You should all try em sometime cuz they don't half shift for a diesel. Your top scoobs will beat em, but try one first before you say owt cuz I was stunned. Instant thrust when you want it.
I could live with one of those no probs.... but not yet.
