Too funny. I actually live in Broward County, Florida. 
Those 130hp Lancers are everywhere down here--especially in rental fleets. Mitsubishi also offers their "OZ Rally Edition." Its the same as the standard car, but it has different interior bits and OZ wheels---but still has 130hp.

My Impreza RS (165hp) dispatches them rather quickly, even with no turbo.

Cadilliac, eh? Enjoy the cheap petrol? Believe it or not, its expensive here to compared to some neighbouring states. On a recent trip a month ago, I only paid about 70p/gallon!
Those Lancers are like a blight on society...they're everywhere. However I am awaiting the prices to be released on the EVO and new Impreza--though I don't want to get rid of my coupe.
