WR backbox has an oval tailpipe and can be purchased from any Subaru dealer (There are a couple for sale in the "For Sale" forum too at the min..) whereas the PPP backbox is only available when purchasing the PPP from the dealer (Or if you're lucky and someone is sellin one secondhand)
