CHANGING VROOMS!!!.. a real SHEEP in WOLF's clothing!!

he he
The 1.8 GL is the little known little brother of the fire breathing Turbo.. but when that's all you insurance company allows.... and you need a little more show.. then Trouser Llewelyn-Bowen gets called in
Be warned.. this is what happens if you leave your car here for a fortnight whilst you go on holiday LOL!
With the power to skin several rice puddings... but not quite a greasy man out of bed ... this one's definitely all show and no go!!
Cheers

Lol at the scoop! ha ha ha ha plop (me laughing my head off).
Mr Trouser, sir, with the bits and bobs you are slowly creating/stocking you will soon, without doubt, be able to create the most revolting Imprezas known to man
I salute you in your seemingly never ending campaign against taste, subtlety and style!

WTF !
If you gotta have a sport / GL whatever, this is the way it should look lol
Trouser, fantastic m8, I wish I had met you when I was a mere lad and instead of a Dolly Sprint (ok, go, no show !) I could have lived in one of these !! It has a very Evo look to it.
Please tell me what those wheels are

For what you probably spent on it, you prob could have got a wrx!!! But whatever spins your wheel... You get full points for originality though, just try to avoid getting raced at traffic lights, u will give wrx's a bad rep.

Guys .. i think some of you have missed the point.. .. this poor chap asn't as lucky as some of us.. He could buy a WRX, sure.. but the Insurance would kill him .. actually they wouldn't touch him... he tried.
I don't expect every line that we import to be to everybodies taste.. but wouldn't it be a boring market place if nobody tried to do new or different stuff??.. I for one would go right off the job.
I'm not a huge fan of Gold wheels.. or the scoop in this application.. but at the end of the day,.. we just do as the customer requests .. tend to find they are happier to pay their bill that way
Cheers

Well Trouser, I think for what the car started out like, you have done a 'marvellous' job. No matter how OTT it is, it looked better driving out than it did when it drove in! I'd be well chuffed if I was that bloke! (Oh and for anyone who hasn't been fortunate enough to meet me, I am the queen of tack!!!)

I can just see the Saxo/Nova forum now.....
I beat a impreza turbo off the lights today, and he still couldn't keep up with me even in the 'twistes'(Copyright Scoobynet 2002)
Love the look of the scoop. It's definitely different

If that is what the owner of the car wanted done to his car then you can hardly have a go at Paul/TSL.
I personally wouldn't have gone that far with the changes but then I have different tastes.
Give the lad credit for making his car different and styling it in the way he wanted, even if you are not keen.
If we all had the same tastes the place would would be a tragic grey Vectra driving place.
I certainly don't believe IMHO, the car or the lad deserved the kicking he got on the first page... not very friendly was it?
Long live individuality!

Cell, I can't compete with that level of banter - and no, I don't like it
Each to their own and all that though; if you like it then fine. I personally think it looks goppingly tragic but it's his money and his car. Good luck to him I also think his money would've been better spent on a normal scoop and perhaps some springs....
PS. If Mr Trouser wasn't looking for comment he wouldn't have posted the pictures here.
The car's a good advert for TSL's transformational skills so fair play to him.
I just think it's revolting.
PPS. Chances are Mr T will sell a couple of those wierd scoops because of this so it's a "free" advert
