Do they screw-on or attach with grub screws? i have got one that slides on and then tightens with three grub screws and its a nightmare as it comes loose and regularly needs tightening.

Ours actually screw down onto the standard shaft or onto the JWR QuickShift. They are a perfect fit and clamp down really nicely, makiing any shift quicker and reducing the length of the lever further.

Oh and another thing...
They actually have a lip on them which enables the gaitor to be clipped onto it, eliminating the need to use a tie wrap or o ring!

Use "lock nut" stuff on the grub srews and they don't come loose again... simple really (after I was told to do it)!
