New JDM style for Scooby :D
#1
Hey guys,
I had to take my wheel of and put the spare on for a few hours and I put my spare tire on and of course since I have a locking nut on my alloys I put it on the spare tire. Well my friend came to visit me and found this hillarious, since he figured that who the he** would want to steal my crappy spare tire
Well I decided to take a pic of this and have decided to tell people that this is the new extra light JDM style wheel for the Scooby
Cheers,
Steven

Yep horrendous looking aint they - damn space saver wheels. Especially if your running on anything over 16". Im looking for some spare rims so I dont have the embarassment of using the space saver one again

I had to drive back for 70 miles on a space saver a few weeks back Luckily I always keep a left and right part worn tyre on a wheel as an spare so I can just swap em out while I wait for the new ones to come.

yeah iv been there too going on holiday to cornwall with a boot full of gear when i had a puncture and had to put the spare space saver wheel on, after the hassle of emptying the boot on the side of the road changing the wheel only to find that the wheel wouldnt fit back in the spare wheel well as it was to wide.... no space in the boot as it was full of camping gear the wife was not happy having to have it on her lap for 40 odd miles

Solution
1.Buy 2 squares of high density foam from a fabric shop (£10)
2.Cut to shape around boot floor around the wheel well
3.Fill wheel wll with full size spare from a breakers (£50)
You now have a level but raised floor and a full size wheel
You can also get artistic and cut indents out of the foam with a stanley knife to lay tools in etc
