Any interest in high res pictures?
None of this poncy 1600 x 1200 digital business These are full whack film scans of pictures I've taken with my SLR.
In JPEG, they range from 1.2MB to 1.9MB each and are 3883 x 2638
Pics are from WRC Catalunya in March or SIDC National Day.
Chris.

Depends which server I use...
Which fool put me in charge of two web servers co-lo'd in Telehouse on 100Mbps feeds?
Usually put them on my ISP web space and no limit on transfer in the T&Cs I've got. Just have to upload them at home. Yawn.
I might sort out a couple tonight then.

Agree with Dunk, I download the pictures of SWRT which are similar size, but some 56kers may not approve you putting them in a thread, so best idea is to link 'em
I'd be interested in some pics though.

Just had a look at www.swrt.com
and the images on there are all about 1240x827 and under 1mb in size but seem to be very good quality.
Ill scan some pics i took at the Rally of finland last year and have a play tomorrow.
What type of scaner are you using or are they digital anyway ?
Just intrested as im packing in work next year to concentrate on photography and motor sport is what i want to spend most of my time doing (noooo weddings)
Im part way through doing a city and guilds course (3 distinctions so far)
At the moment im using an EOS 1n with power booster and various lenses wit an EOS 1 for back up.

CB - it took 21 seconds to download and just displayed as a very large image in IE; so saved the image and displayed it in Paint Shop Pro - and it looks brilliant.

Was taken with my SLR, a Minolta Dynax 5 with a 75-300mm lens on Fuji Superia (200 or 400, can't remember).
Scanned on a Nikon CoolScan IV.
