Those will disintegrate with rust if you dont add extra protection. Mine lasted 4 years before they were junk.

They can do good figures on a 2.5, they are basically a GTX3071R.

yes can vouch for that Dan , it’s 1.4 bar in s and 1.6 in s# so not over doing it. Mapper said the fmic has made a big difference so that was well worth it. Builder also said the car has different valves then he has seen on these cars , he has taken details off log book to send to a colleague in Japan to see what’s what. ??
the car compared it is standard form is day and night. It’s a weird way of putting the power down , not like my old 2.0 (400bhp) sti. It comes on and just takes off think the torque plays it part !!

It’s the torque that makes the EJ25 such a pleasure once they are built correctly. I can confirm the 600lbft mine makes is nearly on par with the torque my previous 800bhp R32 GTR was making, and makes for excellent acceleration.

I think they may have banned me! I've had steering rack bushes fail in 6 months, 2 sets of front top mounts where both rubber and bearings failed in a year, and numerous droplinks. I have a Superpro front bar same age, looks new.

Some of it was a bit more than surface rust....I had to take a masonry pick to some of it on the support bars. Hammerite yellow is virtually identical to Subaru sunrise yellow, so guess what I'm doing!
