Hi guys,
A couple of pics of my project, which is my wife's daily. More pics on my insta: Kaled.jdm
STI bits added and stage 2 remap - dyno'd at 330 bhp.
Flared arches
Turbo back exhaust
Custom paint - Midnight Purple 2 with red flakes

A lot of people get funny about respraying a Scooby a different colour drastically different from the original colour range, but it’s all down to personal choice. I like this. I came to Subaru’s from RenaultSports (Clio 172 Cup/phase 2 V6 255 Clio/Megane R26R). I’ve always thought about getting my Prodrive Bug done in the Original “liquid yellow” Renault colour. The colour was tweaked slightly over the years and the original is far better in my opinion.

Like you say its your choice, I love the liquid yellow. if it was a limited edition or a factory special then I wouldn't have changed the colour. Would have kept the originality.

I like scoobys to be blue. Others like black or red. So with that logic why can't people like other colours and designs as long as it looks good. I say fair play on you.
Remember back in the early 00s when people were doing insane paint jobs and nearly everything modified with a bodykit had a full spray. The skys the limit.
There seems to be a lot of flake, have you got any more pictures of it in the light.
If you don't mind my asking how much did that set you back.
