If it's a Photoshop job, then it's a heck of a good one. There are often little clues - often reflections, as you point out - but there's none in this pic that I can see. If it's a fake then respect to the artist
Of course, if it isn't, then there's someone out there with far too much time and money, who should probably be locked up for their own good

Looks a good job, but the towbar area and the fact that what looks to be a front reflector on the trailer is sqint by a couple of degrees.
Would love to believe that this exists.

it is a very very good fake im very impressed
take a look a at where the hedge in the background meets the
trailers windscreen then look at the cars windscreen to the mercs tyre. still v.impressive
