Well I sold the MY01 to a guy from Barnsley a couple of weeks ago. Shame he wasn't an enthusiast - he didn't even know it was 4WD
I got this BMW last Thursday. It is an ex-demonstrator with 5.5K on it. It handles very well for a RWD car, has comfortable suspension and a silky smooth Auto/Steptronic gearbox. It has a fuel range of circa 400 miles and service intervals of approx 15K miles.
It is also German Boring and none of the kids on the estate are speaking to me They are also as common as sh*t
I am therefore Mr Sensible
I shall consider selling my Land Rover Defender after the summer and buying a serious (classic) toy. Westfield, Caterham, TVR, Porsche, MGF, MX-5 ???
Cheers for now (Ovaltine & slippers standing by..... )

If you mean why did I sell the MY01 for this then it's because I have a new job and they would not pay me an allowance to run my Scoob as it did not fit with the 'image'.

'The Scoob didnt fit the image' but they employed you, LOL,you will be back to Scooby ownership soon, you shouldn't have revved the engine on the way in for your interview and they wouldn't have known any difference.

Wow, that doesn't even look like a good Beemer, tell me it aint a 318........
Summer toy - you should get yourself a Caterham/Westfield. For the money there's nothing that can touch them for fun/thrills/**** yourselfness. Cheap to insure, perfect for track days, and cheap too, if you build it yourself. Go for a Locost if you want real cheapness, then splash out on a scooby engine and box, and make a monster!
