Default MY SPEC C (updates and Pics)

Well having had black alloys on for a bit i fancied i change. Ive always generally had dark colored alloys on previous cars so thought try the gold alloys on for a change, so got the tyres swapped over at the weekend.

Here's some Previous ones...

Now...

think made the right choice

Also the old mudflaps looked bit old and worn so bought some new ones...

the famous black box for you

couple of it been done...

Got some plans for it, 1st job is get fully wax oiled before winter sets in and get car detailed aswell. Also just generally keep ontop of the car. When got some items below, book few track days and have some fun

Mod list for car..

2 piece discs
pagid 29's pads or maybe the project nu 800's
Race bucket seat and set of harness's
Set of decent semi slicks
That's all really may get some TD pro 1.2 alloys if get bored lol.

think my days of chasing more power have gone, if want anymore got start with new turbo straight away.

Bit of a update...

Made a trip down to Power Station this morning. I was having a rattle coming from the waste gate on turbo which was due down to actuator losing some of it pre load and going weak. also it didnt seem to boost as hard or hold boost as well. So after few weeks trying to get hold of a brand new unit RCM sourced me one so thanks to them

Reason made the trip to PS was they previously mapped the car so they would beable to adjust the map if there was any boost or fulling issues with new actuator on. The new actuator was fitted and finally the rattle was gone Was driving me mad

Onto the rollers the car went and luck would have it the fueling and boost was spot on.

Before i left i noticed a slightly tinny noise as was pulling off , went back in and told the lads. car was back on the ramp and after some investigation work turned out there was two bits of heat shield rubbing which was easily fixed.

So yes, cars back to 100% and pulling like a train again minus the rattles lol

Would like to say thanks to powerstation, top service and very quick turn around this morning

shiney new actuator

excuse the dirty car lol Did get video of one the runs but cant upload it.

The graph...

X lines are now, the lines underneath were when was mapped at brand new.
355bhp / 358ftlb was finally result

Bucket seat shopping next

Cheers guys

Sadly I haven't got round to fitting them. Sure they will be on when get a spare few hours over chrimbo. I've used the pads on two pervious cars and they are one best pads on market. I'll let know how get on with the set up though !

Yes she drives great now, that nice chunk of torque makes the car pick up a lot stronger. She does pull extremely well espically with short ratio box just fly through the gears
